Technologies

In the Technologies section, business practices will engage with customer with a technology framework, manages the FIT-GAP analysis, and offers technology solutions to the customers' needs. In this framework, the additional effort for developing the solution is managed by the business practices division

1.  PKI integration with Application, Tools, Engines

PKI as an infrastructure can be offered to a variety of vertical applications such as healthcare,     agro-industries, auto industries, insurance etc. Each of the verticals will have industry specific policies and will have to be studied closely to provide proper solution.

2.  PKI Roaming solutions

Digital Certificates are normally tied to a machine. However, many clients are looking for roaming solutions for their digital assets to manage the authentication well from various resources, even when they are on the move. There are several approaches to this issue, and our business practices division is closely looking at couple of them.

One is to manage the digital credential via the flash memory drives and manage a VAULT to protect the information that a person is carrying.

Second one is to manage the identity and the program through the business card sized CD-ROM.

3.  Search Engines for other languages.

Business practices division is talking to several of the state government department to adopt the search engine for other Indian languages. The challenge to manage the encoding, and building the morphological analyser remains the same. However, the similarity among the language is being used manage these customizations more effectively.

4.  Automated Information Extraction from text using Language Technology Tools.

Using NLP Techniques, we have developed a Named Entity Recognition system for Bio-informatics applications—it scans the Medline Abstracts and extracts meaningful information regarding specific aspects of the reported research findings. The technology involved here is of generic value, and is being applied by us to extract information pertaining to a variety of topics of interest from online texts in a near real time mode.
