                      The Contact sessions of the program (10 days) will be conducted at the “Bioinformatics and Life Science Research department” of the AU-KBC Research Centre and the CTM-Program Coordinator   Dr. G. Ramesh Kumar will have the overall administrative responsibility.

 

                       The Academic responsibility for the design and conduct of the course will be rest with Dr. V. T. Sriraam, Medical Director, Auroville HealthCare Research and development Private Limited and Dr. Jayanthi Swaminathan, Academic Coordinator, Apollo Hospitals Educational & Research Foundation. 

                      The distance component (16 weeks) will be controlled and managed by the technical team of Auroville HealthCare Research and development Private Limited, Chennai and Apollo Hospital Education and Research Foundation, Chennai.

                       The Observership (5 days) will be managed by the technical team of Apollo Hospital Education and Research Foundation, Chennai.

                      The Joint Program would be advised and guided by a Joint Coordination Committee (JCC) comprising of Experts from AUKBC, AHERF and AHC, and members from Advisory Board. The JCC would be responsible for the proper conduct of program throughout its duration.

                     There would be a Faculty Committee (FC) consisting of experts who would be responsible for preparing the study materials which would be provided to the students and for teaching the different topics during the contact sessions

                   The faculties for contact sessions would be drawn from industry and institutions that are directly involved in Clinical Research and related work such as Hospitals, CROs, Pharmaceutical companies, National Laboratories, Universities, Institutions etc.

                  At the end of the program, candidates who have successfully completed the program as well as paid the full fees would be issued a certificate signed by representatives of AU-KBC, AHERF and AHC that would also reflect the level of performance of the candidates.
